All orders are shipped locally with our driver or via Aramex courier unless otherwise specified.
Orders that get ready before 6 PM Sunday through Thursday are shipped the same day. Orders that get ready outside of these hours from Sunday to Thursday will not be processed until the next business day. Orders that get ready Friday and Saturday are shipped Sunday. To arrange for Saturday delivery you must contact UPrint.net customer service, and we will update your order.
If you order has been processed for shipping, or has been sent with our driver, and you change the delivery address your order will be subject to one to two working day delay.
You will be notified and given a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Damaged Shipments
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes products can be damaged during the shipping process. Products damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. UPrint.net will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the Products and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged Products. This requires a joint effort on both parties (you and U:Print), therefore, please inspect the package upon receipt for damage. If it's not reported at time of shipment, it makes it very difficult to prove otherwise.
